The office consists of two sections, the Physical Education Instruction Section and the Physical Education Activities Section.

The former is in charge of the design and instruction of physical education courses. The curriculum for physical education consists of theoretical classroom learning and basic exercise routines.
The Physical Education Activities Section is responsible for all athletic activities .
